Can you relate to Sarah?

Today we are going to spot light our friend *Sarah. She is a high performer in her career and was always pushing herself to be the best. She climbed the corporate ladder quickly, and is now a successful executive at a large company.

But with all of her success came stress. Sarah was constantly working long hours and was always on her phone, responding to emails and taking calls. She had a hard time disconnecting from work and would often bring her work home with her.

As a result, Sarah was exhausted. She was running on empty and was struggling to keep up with the demands of her job. She was always tired and her energy levels were low. She was also having trouble sleeping at night, her mind was always racing with thoughts about work.

One day, Sarah realized that she needed to make a change. She recognized that her stress levels were out of control and that she needed to take a step back and take care of herself. She decided to make some changes in her life to improve her well-being.

*Sarah came to the Sid & Jac team for some recommendations, because Jacqueline and Tanya know that exact feeling over being overworked, overwhelmed and depleted.

We told *Sarah it is time to make a commitment to disconnect from work when she was not on the clock. Set boundaries for herself and made sure to turn off her phone and leave her laptop at the office. Made an effort to spend more time with her friends and family, and to engage in activities that brought her joy, such as taking long baths, yoga and reading.

We told *Sarah it is time to ELEVATE.

Elevating her mind, body, and spirit is essential for overall well-being, and it is important for *Sarah to take the time to focus on herself.
